Scrambled Egg Sandwiches individually wrapped and arranged on a platter. Ham, bacon, sausage and cheese on English muffins, croissants and buttermilk biscuits.
Please note: Let us know if you would like some sandwiches without meat or cheese.

Same as Scrambled Egg Breakfast but with an egg casserole instead of scrambled eggs.
Original - Eggs scrambled with roasted peppers and cheddar cheese.
Western - Eggs scrambled with ham, green pepper, onions and cheese.
Spanish - Eggs scrambled with peppers, jack cheese and topped with fresh salsa.
Buttermilk Pancake Breakfast
